At HopeNest.pk, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refund requests must be initiated within 10-15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refunds upon return approval.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered.
- Items without original packaging or missing tags.
- Products with hygiene concerns (e.g., personal care items, unless defective).
3. Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Return Shipment: Ship the product back to our designated return address (if applicable).
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is verified, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (as per customer preference).
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges (if applicable).
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide images/videos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
